Units A & B, Acorn House, Ecotech Business Park, Swaffham
Acorn House was a design and build project for Saxon Agriculture (part of GrainCorp Group). Their requirement was for a new 8000sq ft office for their Norfolk operation. RLMH Ltd designed and built a new office block with an additional 1800sq ft unit on the end which has been let to Hays & Store Norfolk law firm. The building was constructed in 2015/16 and is retained by RLMH investment portfolio.
26 Blades Court, Deodar Road, Putney
Blades court was a small office block of 2000sq ft purchased by RLMH Ltd. Planning consent was sort to convert into three one-bedroom flats. This was carried out in 2011. In 2013, further planning permission was granted to add a top floor on the flat roof, creating another one-bedroom flat.
The building is beautifully appointed on the side of Wandsworth park, overlooking the River Thames and the park. The four flats are retained in the RLMH investment portfolio.
Orchard business Units, Maurice Gaymar rOAD, aTTLEBOROUGH
A group of industrial units designed and built by RLMH Ltd at Attleborough. Let on short term licenses and retained in the RLMH investment portfolio.
Vale View Business Units, Crown Lane South, Ardleigh
A design and build group of six office units built in 2015 just outside of Colchester with good access to the A12. Let to Francis Terry Associates, Park City Consultants and Globe Stone Ltd. The units remain in the RLMH investment portfolio.
Lawford House Pool LTD
Designed and built by RLMH LTD in 2018 after Richards wife Jenny was paralysed from a riding accident, RLMH LTD wanted to create an attractive and accessible hydrotherapy and swimming facility that everyone can enjoy and benefit from. The studio complements the pool offering a space for a variety of things like Physiotherapy, Pilates and Feldenkrais. The emphasis is on but not restricted to rehabilitation mixing conventional and non-conventional therapies in a fabulous environment. Lawford House Pool has been designed to cater for people with varying degrees of mobility with state of the art equipment.
